Skilled decorators stand out. Take pride in being one of them.
If you're a decorator who cares about doing the job properly - not just getting it done - you'll feel right at home with us.
We're looking for an experienced Decorator to carry out high-quality repairs and redecoration across occupied and empty homes. This is more than just painting walls - it's about transforming spaces, delivering first-time fixes, and leaving every home better than you found it.
As a Decorator, you'll carry out high-quality painting and redecoration across occupied and void homes, helping to maintain and improve our housing stock.
You'll also apply damp and mould treatments and complete associated redecoration, supporting safe and well-maintained homes.
Working in a field-based role, you'll manage your own day, deliver first-time fixes, and complete work efficiently without compromising quality. You'll work both independently and with colleagues, providing a smooth, customer-focused service while following health and safety standards.
We're looking for a skilled Decorator who shares our values and takes pride in delivering high-quality work that makes a real difference to our customers' homes:
You understand the importance of working in customers' homes, delivering a respectful, reliable service and ensuring every job leaves a positive, lasting impression.
You take ownership of your work - managing your time effectively, meeting targets, and delivering a high-quality finish without cutting corners.
You're committed to maintaining and developing your decorating skills, keeping up to date with best practice to consistently deliver excellent standards.
