Optimize patient outcomes by meticulously reviewing and assessing medication orders to identify, prevent, and resolve potential drug-related complications. Lead the clinical frontline by providing expert drug information and real-time consultations to medical staff, ensuring safe and effective care delivery during critical overnight hours. Guarantee medication integrity through the precise compounding and dispensing of pharmaceuticals, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy for every patient journey. Mentor and oversee pharmacy technicians and students, fostering a collaborative environment that ensures seamless pharmacy operations and professional growth. Empower patients through clear, compassionate counseling on their medication therapy, ensuring they feel confident and informed about their recovery.
What minimum requirements you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration: Licensed Pharmacist credentialed from the Kansas Board of Pharmacy obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
