Responsibilities
Provide direct resident care in accordance with care plans Assist residents with activities of daily living Monitor and report changes in resident condition Document care provided according to facility policy Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members Float between assigned McGuire Group facilities as needed
Qualifications
Current New York State CNA Certification Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel between assigned facilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
