Conduct evaluations across all ages using both standardized assessments and in-depth observational approaches. Craft individualized treatment plans tailored to both immediate and long-term speech and language objectives. Deliver focused speech therapy sessions, enhancing skills in communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing. Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, and families to ensure comprehensive care strategies. Provide educational resources and support to patients and families to empower progress beyond therapy sessions. Participate in inpatient evaluations and interventions as needed, ensuring a seamless continuum of care for all patients. Maintain precise documentation that adheres to state, federal, and organizational requirements. Earned Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. A completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not already ASHA-certified. Certifications
Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is highly preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment commencement. Essential Skills
