This is hands-on, patient-centered work where your presence matters.
Help patients with day-to-day care like bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility Take vital signs and notice changes, then speak up so patients get what they need quickly Support safe movement: walking, repositioning, getting in and out of bed Be a steady, reassuring presence for patients and families Keep rooms stocked and ready so care runs smoothly Document what you see and do, so the care team stays aligned Jump in where needed; each day may look different in the Float Pool

What you'll bring
Active Washington State CNA certification BLS (Basic Life Support) upon hire At least 1 year of CNA experience (SNF, hospital, or similar setting) Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities A genuine interest in patient care and comfort
