Greeting clients with kindness and empathy, whether in person or on the phone. Helping worried pet parents check in quickly and smoothly. Keeping clients updated about their pets while they're in our care. Managing records, payments, and paperwork with attention to detail. Working closely with our medical team to make sure communication is clear and timely. Offering support to families who may be scared, anxious, or overwhelmed.
Our CSRs offer friendly emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of need to our clients and must be comfortable with various medical outcomes. Why You'll Love Working Here:

QualificationsWe're looking for:
Experience in customer service (veterinary or medical background is a bonus, but not required as we're happy to train the right person!). Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, because emergencies don't keep office hours. Someone who truly loves helping people and understands how much pets mean to their families. Strong communication and multitasking skills- you can stay calm and focused even when things get hectic. Highly organized and possess computer skills. Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset. Additional Information **This position will have shifts at both of our locations**
