Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess the unique needs of your patients and develop personalized therapy programs to help them reach their goals. Implement Effective Interventions: Apply research-driven techniques to aid patients in enhancing their motor abilities, cognitive function, and activities of daily living. Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to provide a well-rounded approach to patient care. Empower Patients and Caregivers: Teach patients and their families the necessary strategies to maintain progress and recovery at home. Track and Adjust Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify therapy plans as required to ensure continuous improvement and support. Education
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Ongoing education and professional development encouraged and embraced. Certifications
Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in California. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory. Skills
