Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory assessments-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-following established protocols. Evaluate results for precision, address discrepancies, and carry out preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment. Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required. Document all processes meticulously, train new staff and students, and help maintain laboratory quality assurance standards. Ensure a safe and tidy workspace while adhering to industry regulations and accreditation guidelines. Education
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certifications
ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within one year of hire. Ongoing maintenance of current certification throughout the duration of employment. Required Skills
