Job Purpose:
Working under the direct supervision of a Lead Imaging Technician and the Installation Manager, the Imaging Technician I is an entry level technician role. The Technician will assist in the loading of images and other various PC deployment duties using detailed work instructions.

JOB DUTIES
• Installing images and components in devices. • Labeling and re-boxing configured equipment. • Handling in-bound and out-bound product. • PC imaging and software deployments. • Utilize automated process to deploy and image software. • Help troubleshoot issues that may arise. • Follow imaging checklist and guidelines. • Asset tagging equipment. • Follow company processes and procedures and make recommendations for
improvement. • Imaging on and off-site. • Onsite delivery/deployment to customer locations. • General warehouse duties. • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good communication and strong attention to detail. • General knowledge of Microsoft Office tools with ability to create reports and
general documentation using Excel and Word. • Experience with SCCM. • Detail oriented. • Ability to meet deadlines in a high production environment. • Ability to work as a team member. • Basic experience with an ERP system. • Desktop Technician experience a plus. • Windows 10 knowledge. • Desktop imaging experience Delcom needs 4 Imaging Technicians.
