Carrying out comprehensive assessments and crafting tailored treatment plans Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions independently or in collaboration with physicians, guided by your credentialing Fostering patient and family education around prevention, wellness, and chronic conditions Prescribing necessary medications and therapies within your scope Engaging in follow-up and chronic care support for patients Working synergistically within interdisciplinary teams to create seamless, holistic care experiences Meticulously documenting within electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure accurate patient histories Academic Achievements
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) required Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Licensure and Certification
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Washington State National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days) Skills That Make a Difference
