Oversee the nursing care on assigned shift or department Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Supervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff to ensure best practices and standards Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and adjust patient care plans as needed Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to optimize patient care Qualifications:
Valid Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) or Licensed Vocational Nurse ( LVN ) license Experience in a charge nurse or leadership role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges effectively
