Conducting thorough patient evaluations, ordering lab work, and creating customized care strategies Diagnosing and addressing acute, chronic, or episodic health issues autonomously or in partnership with physicians Guiding patients and their families in preventive measures, wellness strategies, and managing chronic diseases Prescribing medications and therapies in alignment with your scope of practice Engaging in patient follow-ups and managing chronic care Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote a seamless and comprehensive care experience Maintaining accurate and meticulous records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems Qualifications
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Graduation from an accredited nurse practitioner program Essential Certifications
Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Georgia National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or comparable credential Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days) Your Unique Skills
