Job Description We are seeking a committed and skilled nursing professional for a role in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This is a great opportunity for individuals with specific expertise in SNF care to make a difference in patients' lives. ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Administer medications and treatments as per established protocols. Monitor and assess patient conditions to ensure optimal care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureA minimum of 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
