8-hour or 16-hour shifts Minimum of 5 shifts per month Must work in at least two different Lorien facilities Perfect for GNAs seeking work-life balance, supplemental income, or professional variety. GNA Responsibilities As a PRN Flex Pool Geriatric Nursing Assistant, you will:
Provide direct resident care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies Accurately document care in EMR/EHR systems (PCC experience preferred) Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in long-term care, assisted living, and nursing home settings Qualifications To join the Lorien PRN Flex Pool, you'll need:
Active Maryland CNA I (GNA) license Out-of-state CNAs are eligible for Maryland endorsement reimbursement
2+ years of direct GNA experience Current BLS or CPR certification Reliable, professional communication Call-outs must be made directly to the facility
