Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements. Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Documentation & Communication
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases. Communicate requirements clearly to development and QA teams.
Solution Design & Support
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Support solution design and ensure alignment with business goals.
Testing & Validation
Assist in creating test plans and validating solutions against requirements. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams. Conduct workshops, presentations, and status updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. 25 years of experience as a Business Analyst (senior roles may require 8+ years). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Visio; familiarity with SQL and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in [insert domain: e.g., Finance, Healthcare, IT Services]. Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA.
