Our client has an immediate need for a Junior Sales Specialist in the Greater Philadelphia area. Our client prides its collaborative company culture, flexibility to work remotely and make your own schedule in addition to traveling and getting facetime with their clients. This position is an entry level sales development opportunity. The candidate will be responsible for working with the senior sales team in pursuing new leads and organizing meetings, follow ups, and projected opportunities in the pipeline. The Junior Sales Specialist is also responsible for collaboration between internal subject matter experts and the client and must have the ability to learn the industry quickly.
Candidate should be a recent graduate Outgoing and confident, someone with a “hunter” personality and focused on driving new sales, from new customers Candidate does not need industry experience but does need to have a propensity to win new business, not get discouraged by the answer “no” Responsible for pursuing leads with the senior sales team, then drive through the organization for meetings and opportunities Travel a must and frequently Compensation would be based on performance and delivering new customers
