We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Lead to join our team in a fast-paced distribution warehouse environment. This role is essential for providing guidance and training to associates, addressing operational issues, and ensuring company best practices are consistently met. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and fluent bilingual English & Spanish communication abilities.

Bilingual Lead Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 23.00 to $ 24.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift
- Start Up Period (June): Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 5:30 PM.
- Post-Start Up Schedule:
- Front Half - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 7:00 AM 5:30 PM - $23.00/hr
- Back Half - Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM - $24.00/hr
- Ability to work overtime during peak periods is required
- Serve as the primary point of contact for associates, providing guidance and training on company best practices.
- Proactively address problems and conduct frequent audits to identify issues.
- Follow up on audits by providing constructive feedback to associates for performance improvement.
- Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company standards within the department.
Bilingual Lead Qualifications:
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Fluent bilingual English & Spanish communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Proven management experience, specifically in a Team Lead capacity.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
