Schedule Day shift - 3x12 hours Job Description The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for maintaining the delivery of quality care through the effective execution of the nursing care plan. This includes supervising Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and orientees. The RN ensures patient and employee safety while adhering to the company's values and standards. ResponsibilitiesConduct nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission. Develop individualized plans of care based on assessment data. Communicate patient information and status during team conferences. Participate in the patient rehabilitation program and provide direct patient care. Initiate discharge planning and patient education on admission. Ensure safe patient handling and a safe work environment. Provide direction, training, and supervision to ancillary nursing personnel. Maintain effective communication with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care. Engage in professional development and continuing education. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureRN Licensure required. BLS Certification required prior to first shift. ACLS required prior to first shift for CIRH ONLY.
