Previous experience as a Clinical Liaison preferred Experience in a skilled nursing facility required Working knowledge of skilled nursing facility admissions, referrals, and clinical protocols Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work collaboratively with hospitals, physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
