Job Description Job Summary: Responsible for performing clinical laboratory tests and maintaining accurate laboratory records as a Generalist CLS with blood bank experience. The role involves night shifts on an alternating weekly schedule, requiring attention to detail and adherence to regulatory standards. Responsibilities:
Conduct a variety of laboratory tests accurately and efficiently. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment according to protocols. Verify and document test results, ensuring quality control standards are met. Collaborate with laboratory team and healthcare professionals to deliver timely results. Follow safety procedures, including TB clearance compliance. Perform blood bank procedures and compatibility testing as needed. Qualifications:
Hold a current California CLS or MLS license. Possess blood bank experience in a clinical laboratory setting. Have TB clearance completed within the past 12 months. Demonstrate proficiency in general laboratory techniques and safety protocols. Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule. Display strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Benefits & Growth:
