Job Description Job Description Brickforce Staffing Indiana is seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Safety Coordinator to join our team and uphold to coordinate safety and compliance at warehouse facilities. Full Time Hours 7.00am - 4.00pm ** Position summary:** The Warehouse Safety Coordinator will ensure a safe working environment, promote a proactive safety culture, and manage all workers' compensation claims from incident through resolution. ** Key responsibilities:**
Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards. Conduct ongoing training sessions, and regular safety meetings for all warehouse personnel. Serve as the primary point of contact for all workers' compensation claims, overseeing the entire process from initial injury reporting to return-to-work programs. Lead accident and near-miss investigations to identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Maintain accurate safety records and documentation, including OSHA logs, incident reports, and training records. Collaborate with the management team to review accident trends and develop strategic safety initiatives as required by management team.
** Qualifications and skills:**
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Safety Coordinator in a warehouse environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for incident investigation and trend analysis. Bilingual English/Spanish is required to perform key job functions
