Medical Lab Technician Laboratory Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour (14:00 - 22:30) Shift Length: 8 hours Start Date: 06/22/2026 Hourly Pay Rate: $44.53 We are seeking a dedicated Medical Lab Technician with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team in a hospital clinical laboratory setting. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with pediatric and adolescent cases, and who can work independently once trained. The role involves performing a variety of lab tests across multiple disciplines including Hematology, Blood Bank, Chemistry, Urinalysis, and kit testing. Candidates must be willing to work rotating weekends and 2/3 major holidays, and be flexible to travel between IU North in Carmel, IU Fishers in Fishers, and IU West in Avon on a day-to-day basis. This is a generalist position requiring blood bank experience and the ability to float within scope to meet facility needs.
