Serving as the primary technical expert during the pre-sales process, the fully remote Sales Engineer will partner with Sales and Product teams to demonstrate the assessment administration platform's capabilities, addressing complex customer challenges in testing and certification. Key responsibilities:
Act as a technical subject matter expert on the assessment administration platform, covering features, workflows, and integrations Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams throughout the pre-sales lifecycle to facilitate technical evaluations Lead technical discovery sessions to assess customer workflows, integration needs, and security requirements
Required qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud-based applications, APIs, integrations, and SSO technologies Strong presentation, demo delivery, customer discovery, and technical communication skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field Must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance
