Front of House Coordinator Become the Warm Welcome at a Leading Dublin Office This is atemporary position requiring animmediate start until December 2026 basedfully on-siteposition inSouth Dublin City Centre. Hourly rate: DOE €16 - €21 per hour paid weekly via Brightwater. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM, 35 hours per week requiring consistent physical presence at reception. About the Position We are excited to partner with a dynamic client in Dublin who is seeking an engaging and organised Front of House Coordinator to be the first point of contact and a key team player within their office environment. This role is crucial in delivering an exceptional workplace experience, supporting daily operations, and working closely with the Senior Workplace Experience Manager to maintain a welcoming, efficient and smooth-running reception area. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome all visitors with a warm, professional manner, managing sign-ins through Envoy Manage daily reception activities, including handling deliveries and maintaining an orderly desk area Monitor pantry stock levels and coordinate restocking to ensure a consistently well-equipped office Manage access cards and locker requests using systems such as S2 and Metra Conduct daily floor walk-throughs to identify and report maintenance issues to the Workplace Manager Assist with the physical setup and breakdown of office events, ensuring spaces are presented to a high standard Support the Senior Workplace Experience Manager in delivering a seamless office experience Maintain an accurate and efficient visitor log and security protocols Experience/Requirements Minimum two years experience in customer facing role in a busy professional office environment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, presenting a professional and approachable demeanor Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Experience managing visitor sign-ins and reception systems (Envoy) Ability to efficiently handle deliveries and maintain an orderly reception environment. Experience managing office supplies inventory and pantry stock monitoring Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and report maintenance needs promptly Dependable with a strong presence to maintain reception coverage throughout the working day Remuneration Package This is a temporary position until December 2026.
