The Sales & Ecommerce Associate supports day-to-day Walmart business management through merchant coordination, reporting support, meeting preparation, and cross-functional follow-up. This role acts as a key connector across Sales, Digital, Planning, and Operations teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage merchant inbox triage and follow-up requests Support in preparation for decks, scorecards, and meeting materials for buyer calls Coordinate samples, merchant boards, and line review needs Support weekly reporting across stores and Walmart.com business Track promotional calendars, milestones, and customer deadlines Monitor item issues including pricing gaps, content suppressions, and in-stock risks Maintain trackers for launches, modulars, and action items Assist with digital site scrubs and maintenance
Qualifications:
BA or BS 1-2+ years of experience in related industry Strong communication and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel Skills Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with strong business acumen SAP and Retail Link a plus
Annual salary starting at $70,000.
The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package. Our associates have access to other valuable benefits that our Human Resources team is happy to share with candidates during the interview process.
