Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Route Sales Representative | Kent, WA Start your career with a company that’s been serving the food service industry for over 85 years. Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Sales Representative to join our Kent team. This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while managing your own customer route.
About the Role After paid training, you'll service customers in the Kent area, restock chemical products, perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle.
What You’ll Get • Pay is $24/hr with overtime and on call bonuses with a typical 45+ hour workweek • Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM • On-call rotation: Roughly every 5-6 weeks • Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, 7 paid holidays, 50+ hours of sick leave, and 2 weeks of vacation days • Company-provided resources: Vehicle during business hours, phone, tools, uniforms, and paid training • Career progression: Auto-Chlor promotes growth from within, providing you with the tools you need to move up in the company
