Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 5+ years of work related experience TS/SCI with Poly required Understanding of networking concepts and technologies Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management principles Experience with ITSM tools and ticketing systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools ITIL 4 certification
Desired: Additional quality management certifications (e.g., Six Sigma) preferred Experience in data analysis and reporting Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
