Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Greens at Gastonia, North Carolina Sign-On Bonus: Full-Time: $10,000 Greens at Gastonia is actively seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate and skilled team. Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation. Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants. Monitor residents' conditions and promptly notify physicians of any changes. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive optimal care.
Shift Options for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Day, Evening or Night shifts available. Full-Time or Part-Time all shifts (7 a.m. – 3 p.m., 3 p.m. – 11 p.m., 11 p.m. – 7 a.m.), with every other weekend required. Flexible 8-hour shifts for PRN status

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university. A current, unencumbered, active North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Current CPR certification. At least one year of experience in Long-Term Care.
