Job Summary Responsible for assisting and consulting with customers on our products and services by utilizing knowledge, skills and technology to achieve a world class sales and service experience. Works with moderate supervision/guidance and is accountable for individual results and impact on the team. Location: Wheaton Xfinity Retail Store Address: 1 Rice Lake Square, Wheaton, IL 60189 Core Responsibilities Passionately represent products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers. Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities to maximize their experience. Take a customer‑first approach with all customer interactions, listening and evaluating customer needs and providing appropriate solutions. Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives. Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensure customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/services and gain their consent. Perform operational and administrative tasks, and partner with customer care to resolve issues as appropriate. Consistently demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm and friendly demeanor to customers and teammates. Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures, complete training requirements, and actively engage in team huddles and learning. Know and understand the sales compensation plan and its key elements. Work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedules and overtime as needed, and may be asked to work in alternate stores outside of the home base store. Demonstrate regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Be able to carry and lift up to 25 pound boxes, stand and move around the store constantly.
