Manage branch office and oversee all facets of the post-frame building process from the point of sale to building completion
Recruit, hire, develop, and lead construction crews
Sell diversified product line of buildings utilizing “DreamMaker” – Cleary’s proprietary 3D design, costing, and presentation software
Monitor the building construction process through to completion
Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory
Enjoy a variety of job functions operating in a fast-paced and energetic environment; no two days are alike

Responsible for the customer’s total experience from start to finish, helping fulfil their dreams
Qualifications
Knowledge of building construction is essential
Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus
Ability to work independently with little supervision or oversight
Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Competitive base salary plus lucrative bonus and incentive plans
$75,000 to $200,000+ income achievable for above-average performers
