Paul Logistics is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced, high-performing team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in coordinating transportation operations, maintaining carrier relationships, and supporting shipment execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate transportation of goods to ensure timely and efficient deliveriesMaintain strong working relationships with carriers and help negotiate ratesProcess and manage customer orders with accuracy and urgencyPrepare and maintain detailed shipping documentation and recordsProvide shipment updates to customers and internal teamsAddress and resolve any shipping issues, discrepancies, or delaysEnsure compliance with transportation regulations and internal proceduresIdentify areas for improvement in logistics processes and assist with implementing changesDeliver a high level of customer service through clear and timely communicationSupport day-to-day logistics operations and collaborate across teams
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or customer service (preferred)Strong communication and multitasking skillsDetail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilitiesProficient in logistics software, shipment tracking tools, and vendor portalsPositive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environmentStrong sense of ownership and urgencyBi-Lingual in English & Spanish (preferred)
