Indotronix is seeking an : Manufacturing Technician 2, Mesa Arizona
Work Schedule: 4/10 (Mon-Thurs)
Able to work overtime and some weekends if needed
Security Clearance Required?: No
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Job Summary:
Performs assembly operations for gun systems and related subassemblies in a manufacturing environment. Works independently or within a team to build, inspect, and support production while following detailed procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly operations for gun systems, including subassemblies and top-level assemblies Follow detailed operating procedures and work instructions to complete tasks accurately Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to support assembly processes Record and maintain production data as required Ensure high attention to detail and adherence to quality standards Support team-based and individual production activities in a fast-paced environment Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing assembly Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 lbs Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions Willingness to work a 4/10 schedule (Mon Thurs, 5:00 AM 3:30 PM), including overtime and weekends as needed Must be a U.S. Citizen Ability to obtain ATF clearance under the Safe Explosives Act as a responsible person/employee possessor
Preferred Qualifications:
Mechanical background or hands-on technical experience Experience reading blueprints/technical drawings Familiarity with manufacturing systems such as Costpoint, MES, or similar tools
