Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include answering phone calls, texts, online chats, and emails from customers interested in buying a vehicle at your car dealership. In many positions, you are the first point of contact with potential customers and work at the front desk to greet walk-in customers, answer questions, and provide assistance as needed. No car experience or education needed!

Responsibilities:
Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phoneProcess payments, invoice and other miscellaneous office dutiesProvide basic information to callers who have general inquiriesHandle customer complaints with integrity and poiseProvide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copyingMaintain office supplies for specific location
Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skillsExperience using Microsoft Office suiteAbility to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneouslyWilling to submit to a drug screen & background check
