Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on piping, fixtures, and plumbing equipment Identify issues efficiently and recommend appropriate solutions Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, repairs, and recommendations Maintain accurate service documentation and job records Follow safety standards, building codes, and company procedures Represent Rooter Hero professionally at all job sites
Requirements
Requirements (Must Have)
Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience
Nice to Have
Experience with ServiceTitan
