As a Member Experience/Service Ambassador, you'll deliver top notch service for CLEAR members and travelers-greeting passengers, verifying membership and identification, guiding them through the CLEAR process, and resolving issues with empathy and urgency. You'll be part of a collaborative team recognized through team based bonuses when your location meets service and operational goals.
What You'll Do:
Delight Members & Travelers: Provide warm, proactive assistance in the CLEAR lanes - greeting, wayfinding, answering questions, and creating memorable interactions.Verify & Escort: Warmly welcome and verify CLEAR Members, guiding them smoothly and safely through their journey.Resolve Issues: Triage and resolve member concerns, loop in support teams when needed, and follow through to find a resolution.Keep Operations Flowing: Ensure lane readiness (signage, equipment, cleanliness), guide smooth member flow, and provide clear, proactive communication throughout the experience.Educate & Inform: Share information about CLEAR benefits and services.Operate Safely & Compliantly: Follow security protocols, accurately verify documents, and uphold airport and company safety procedures.

Role Requirements
18 years of age or older; high school diploma or GED.1+ years of client facing customer service experience (retail, hospitality, travel, food services, etc)Open availability for shifts, including weekends/holidays.Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day.Successful completion of airport badging and government screening, including a drug test.
