Key Responsibilities
Clearly present benefit options through virtual meetingsComplete and manage documentation with accuracy and complianceBuild and maintain lasting client relationships through follow-upCollaborate with your team to enhance service and efficiency
What We're Looking For
Legally authorized to work in Canada or USHigh school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)Previous experience in customer service, admin, or client-facing roles is an advantage
