No two days look exactly the same here. In this role, you'll:
Partner closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to support daily operations, initiatives, and team needsOversee multiple departments and collaborate with team leads to set goals, review performance, and keep everyone alignedLead pre-shift meetings, staff orientations, and support training for new hiresHelp build schedules, learning paths, and mentorships for team membersBe a visible, hands-on leader on the floor - setting the tone through professionalism, communication, and teamworkSupport guest experience by responding to questions, resolving issues, and keeping the front of house running smoothlyEnsure all areas are clean, organized, safe, and guest-readyAssist with special events, promotions, league preparation, and day-to-day coordinationMonitor inventory and supplies and communicate needs to leadershipOperate POS systems, make announcements, and support lane and amusement operations as neededHandle opening and closing duties and help ensure safety, security, and proper use of company propertyRespond to incidents or injuries and complete required documentation when needed

What We're Looking For
You'll be a great fit if you have:
A high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)2+ years of guest service experience and 2+ years of supervisory experienceStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsComfort using Microsoft Office and basic systemsThe ability to stay calm, positive, and professional in a busy environment
