Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Care Coordinator who is passionate about delivering excellent service and building positive client relationships. In this role, you will help guide travelers through the planning process while ensuring each client receives attentive, professional support.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for travel-related inquiriesProvide timely and accurate responses to customer questionsSupport travel planning coordination and itinerary updatesMonitor client needs before, during, and after travelMaintain detailed documentation and follow-up communicationAdhere to company procedures and service standards
Qualifications
Strong customer service and relationship-building skillsDetail-oriented with strong follow-throughSelf-directed and comfortable working remotelyExperience in customer service, sales support, or administration preferredComfortable learning new systems and online platformsInterest in travel or tourism is a plus
