Our client in Glendale, CA is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist for their corporate office. Onsite role (only local applicants will be considered). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $30-35 per hour.
Job Duties: full cycle, high volume accounts payable processing; matching, batching and coding accounts payable invoices; accounts payable reconciliations; check runs; researching and resolving invoice discrepancies; vendor reconciliations; and assisting Accounts Payable department with special projects.
Qualifications: 3+ year accounts payable experience Large ERP Systems experience (i.e. SAP, Oracle, JDEdwards) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent organization skills
