This role combines hands-on technical work with customer interaction and leadership, including training and supporting apprentices.You will work independently on service and repair calls while ensuring all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems, including water lines, drainage, and heating systemsDiagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs, including clearing clogged waste linesRead and interpret blueprints, plans, and schematicsEnsure all work meets applicable plumbing codes and environmental regulationsAssemble, install, and test valves, fittings, and piping systemsPerform preventative maintenance and system testingCommunicate professionally with customers and provide equipment recommendationsTrack materials, complete job documentation, and maintain daily job logsLead and support apprentices as assignedSafely operate company vehicles and maintain tools and equipmentWhat We're Looking ForValid driver's license with ian nsurable driving recordService plumbing experience in a residential or commercial environmentStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to read blueprints and schematicsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditionsBackflow certification is a plus, but not requiredJourneyman license is a plus, but not requiredJoin Spectrum ACIf you're a motivated Plumber who takes pride in quality work, customer service, and professional growth, we want to hear from you.
