Travel Therapy Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity Join our travel therapy team as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Fargo, ND, at a skilled nursing facility. Use clinical expertise to address communication and swallowing disorders for a geriatric population while gaining experience in a long-term care setting. This opportunity supports professional growth and meaningful patient outcomes in a community-focused environment. Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Active state SLP license required to start the assignment in North Dakota. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. Ability to meet productivity standard of 85% as required by the client (preferred). Willingness to comply with facility screening, mileage tracking, and travel requirements.
Assignment Details
Shift: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. Scheduled hours total 36 per week. Candidate needs to be able to start in December. Productivity standard: 85%. 14-day cancellation and 36-hour minimum notice requirements apply. Mileage reimbursement applies.

Impacting Patient Care Provide direct, measurable improvements in communication and swallowing for residents in a skilled nursing environment. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans. Document progress and contribute to quality initiatives that support resident function and safety.
