Deliver patient-focused nursing care in a secure correctional setting Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently Assess patient conditions and respond appropriately to medical needs Collaborate with providers and on-site medical staff Maintain detailed and timely documentation Help promote a calm, professional, and respectful care environment
What We're Looking For
Active Wisconsin LPN or RN license Current CPR certification Strong assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently and confidently Correctional or emergency nursing experience is helpful, but not required
