Four 10-hour weekdays, with the possibility in the future of three weekdays and one weekend day Some holidays are required
Compensation $22-29/hour, commensurate with experience and licensure What You'll Do:
Process and prepare lab samples including cytologies, urinalyses, and other in-house or send-out diagnostics Communicate with outside laboratories to coordinate submissions, confirm pricing, and track results Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring proper documentation and organization Monitor and recognize abnormalities in patient diagnostics and communicate findings to appropriate teams Support all departments—not assigned to just one—allowing for a dynamic and well-rounded experience
Who We're Looking For:
Veterinary or laboratory experience is required—this role needs someone familiar with medical terminology and diagnostic processes Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Comfort with medical record-keeping and data entry A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Clear and professional communication skills for internal teams and external lab coordination
