Supervise nursing staff and daily clinical operations Support and mentor nurses and CNAs Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and team members Assist with admissions, assessments, and clinical oversight as needed
Qualifications:
Current Alabama RN license Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
