Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment. Knowledge of common outpatient procedures and equipment. Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth. Demonstrates knowledge of varying differences and behaviors among populations served.
Preferred Qualifications: Education:
Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
Experience:
One year of experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting.
