Answer incoming calls from members, providers, and patients professionally. Assist with the prior authorization process and transfer clinical questions to the pharmacist. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Support pharmacy production and daily operations. Provide excellent customer service over phone and email. Learn and assist with additional functions such as patient outreach, intake, shipping, and prior authorizations.
Requirements:
Active Washington State Pharmacy Technician License in good standing. Experience in customer service or a high-volume call center environment, preferably in healthcare or social services. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or PBM environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
