Overview
We are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer to join our team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will be responsible for maintaining, securing and optimising the organisation's network and security infrastructure, ensuring high levels of availability, compliance and protection against cyber threats. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Cisco networking, firewall technologies, network security platforms and security operations, with the ability to support both BAU activities and project-based initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, maintain and optimise network and security infrastructure using tools such as SolarWinds.
Analyse logs, identify security threats and proactively resolve network and security issues.
Administer and support Cisco ISE, including policy management, posture compliance, certificate renewals and remediation activities.
Monitor compliance across endpoint and network security solutions.
Configure, maintain and support anti-malware, device control and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies.
