Job Description Job Description You are the perfect match for this position if you have administrative experience, sales experience, and a desire to succeed. The Administrative Assistant provides support to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
Pay: $63,730 annual salary based on experience
Location: The position is located in Blue Bell, PA.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 9AM to 5PM (Full Time) Benefits: This full-time position offers benefits that include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO Duties and Responsibilities: Invoice customers, respond to customer inquiries, issues, etc.; Retain current clients by maintaining excellent customer service; Create proposals for potential customers and new sales opportunities; Conduct a high volume of outbound/inbound calls, and emails; B2B outbound calls. Prepare sales activity reports as required, including exporting reports from Salesforce. Enter, update, and maintain account and contact data in Salesforce CRM. Assist with basic marketing activities such as email campaigns and updating marketing lists in Salesforce. Qualifications: Must be able to pass background proceedings; Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software; Salesforce CRM experience required ; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required; Proficiency in computer software applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); Outlook for calendar meetings, events, etc. Company Description Security Care, Inc. employees receive our highly esteemed training, which is one of the best in the industry.
