Job Overview Location: Best Buy 263 – Elkridge, MD 21075. Job Type: Regular. Become a Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate! Pay: $18.00 per hour. Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week; Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs. Responsibilities Sell HP products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments. Maintain professional interactions with customers and fellow employees. Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis. Courteously welcome customers, offer assistance, and escort them to displays. Assess needs and suggest products fitting those needs. Advise customers by providing information on products and services. Help customers make selections by building confidence. Accurately document and report sales. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations. Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable. Submit all paperwork completely and accurately. Performance Measurements Regular and prompt attendance. Meet established monthly/weekly sales quotas/goals. Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Maintain customer confidentiality. Benefits Stable, weekly schedule.
