Responsibilities
Initiate, develop, establish and maintain customers and market network; handle customer complaints.
Engage in outside sales and inside sales activities (quotations, sales logs & reports, market analysis).
Administer contracts for sales of Mechanical Seal, Gland Packing and Gasket.
Conduct presentations (company introduction, product introduction, technical explanations).
Plan, attend and organize exhibitions.
Perform additional duties as required by management.
Perform Mechanical Seal repair work.
Travel as required across the US, Canada, Japan and other regions as needed (South America travel may be required).
Requirements
Strong understanding of API 682, API 622, API 624, and related standards.
Strong understanding of seal products (Mechanical Seal, Gland Packing, Gasket).
Excellent communication, presentation, writing and speaking skills in English; native English proficiency.
Spanish fluency is preferred.
Service engineering skills and solid understanding of field operations in the above-mentioned industries.
Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, etc.).
